We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Iris Lingerie; if your fit isn’t perfect, we offer easy returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, please ensure all items are tried on over your own undergarments.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
